House Basketball Referees Needed

House Basketball Referees Needed

The Dunlap Recreation Associatoin is looking for referees for the 2017-2018 House Boys Basketball Season.  Referees and officials are a vital part of any sporting event.  Officials keep the games under control and see that all rules are followed and enforced. They also play an important role in teaching young players the correct way to participate in sporting competition.

The House program is for boys in 3rd grade through 6th.  Rules are followed with the younger age group and more heavily enforced for the older league.  Games will be played in the evenings during the week and possibly Saturday mornings.  Applicants must be in high school, have reliable transportation, knowledge of the game, and must be able to attend a mandatory Referee Clinic before the season starts.  For any questions or to sign up, please email .  Thank you.
